The legislative process naturally involves periods of silence and gaps in the sound. If you aren't hearing anything and the session indicator is green then click on the 'Test Sound' button below the player



If you don't hear a song after clicking on the 'Test Sound' button then your computer is the likely culprit. If this is the case make sure your volume is at a proper level. If you hear sound when you click on the 'Test Sound' button but there is no audio when you click on the play button then the session is probably just in silence. If the session is in silence then wait a little bit and it will likely resume.
